The Northshore Condos sit on the Tempe Town Lake waterfront just across from Arizona State University. The high-end building was completed in 2006 with amenities including a fabulous pool and hot tub, fitness center, granite countertops, huge balconies, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, parking garage, and much more. However, as a result of the precipitous declines in real estate prices, the developer didn’t sell their last 20 condos until the liquidation auction in April 2010.
